ABA Shriners Open Fishing Circuit Tournament: A team may consist of one (1) angler per boat or two (2) anglers per boat. Entry fee is $200 per boat per tournament, there will be a $20 Big Bass Pot, two Big Bass places will be awarded at each tournament, and there will be an optional $20 Side Pot at each tournament, which will be awarded to the top 3 heaviest bags.

The undersigned acknowledge that there is a significant risk of injury from the activities involved in the Tournament, including the potential for permanent injury or death. The undersigned agree that they are knowingly and freely assuming all risks of participation in the Tournament and assume full responsibility for their participation in the Tournament.

All applicants under the age of 18 must have a signature from a parent or legal guardian and MUST be boating with a certified boater.
