Registration badges provided for noble and lady only. Widow ladies may register at no charge. Nobles and ladies must present badge to attend ticketed events. All nobles who wish to parade must have a badge in their name at the parade line-up. If you do not have a badge in your name, you will not be allowed to participate in the parade.
